Scope and responsibility
One focused educational lab.
The application demonstrates how an evidence-based agent can support a single SAP S/4HANA greenfield Explore-workshop activity without connecting to a live SAP system.
Included in version 1
One sales-order scenario, custom text input, live Qwen analysis, remote MCP context and validation, eight impact dimensions, explicit Business Process Owner review, a tracked OCM action handoff, local browser persistence, CSV/JSON export, and print-friendly output.
Deliberately excluded
Live SAP access, configuration changes, file uploads, enterprise SSO, Signavio or ticketing integrations, portfolio management, a database, multi-user collaboration, notifications, multi-agent architecture, and a general-purpose chatbot.
Architecture boundary
The Next.js web application calls Qwen and the MCP server only from server-side routes. The separately deployable MCP server exposes four synthetic resources and three allowlisted tools over stateless Streamable HTTP. The browser stores the current assessment, human review decisions, and OCM action plan. JSON and CSV provide the portable handoff; this version does not claim real-time collaboration.
